The South West Herts Narrowboat Project exists to provide a narrowboat facility for use by all community and youth groups.

Our 12 berth narrowboat is based at our own moorings where the River Gade joins the Grand Union Canal at Hunton Bridge.

The boat has been taken out of service this autumn so that the interior can be completely refitted; it is hoped to complete the work by May 2010. During the time our boat is out of service we will be using other boats to meet demand. Contact us for more details. Dick's Folly will be available to all users at a highly subsidised rate. This is achieved by the work of volunteers and donations from our sponsors.

New user groups are always welcome. New volunteers are the lifeblood of the Project. If you would like a new hobby, why not try volunteering?
